After 9 years working in recruitment, I recognised the opportunity to shake up the traditional recruitment business model creating a better future for all. And so, FutureTalent was born! Alongside my co-founder Scott, who I met 14 years ago during our technical apprenticeships with BMW, we got straight to work. I'm thrilled to have served as the talent lead on a programme that worked with some of the city's most innovative names, including Engine Shed, UWE, TLT, Rocketmakers, and the West of England Combined Authority. These efforts have helped fund the Silicon Gorge pitch competition and PitchMe, providing critical funding for early-stage founders across the region. As a leader, I'm passionate about continuous improvement, pushing my team to stay up to date with the latest market trends in DevOps, Cloud, SaaS, AI, Automation, ML, VR, and emerging software development languages.
