WE GO FURTHER
Beyond technical recruitment, we also have a clear community and ESG commitment. For every placement we make, we offset 5% of the fee into a community fund supporting local initiatives, including the Bristol Sport Foundation, Bristol Homeless Meal Service, and Laptops for Schools in partnership with local councils.
Every member of our team also volunteers via STEM Ambassadors, and we are official partners with both Science Creates Outreach and Tech4Good Southwest, supporting early career initiatives directly helping to diversify the future faces of STEM.
Bristol Sport Foundation
The Partnership has seen Future Talent Group kindly donate funds to subsidise 60 fully-funded places on the Flyers Community Programme, Project Take Off, at our Bristol Brunel Academy Basketball Hub. The programme helps to give young people from disadvantaged backgrounds across Greater Bristol more access to basketball provision run by the Flyers Community Team.

Bristol Homeless Meal Service
We are thrilled to announce that Future Talent Groups community fund will now also be supporting the incredible work of the Homeless Meals Service Bristol, by helping to pay for their group kitchen space at the Quaker Meeting House in central Bristol!
STEM Ambassadors Volunteering
We're proud to offer our resource and time helping out with the STEM Ambassadors Volunteering programme. The team, powered by STEM Learning and funded by UKRI, are helping bring real-life examples of STEM careers to all young people.
Laptops for Schools Project
As part of our community commitment we are thrilled to be involved in the Laptops 4 Schools project. This project takes up us and down the country organising collections and delivering laptops to support teachers and pupils for schools across Bristol and Bath:
